What a boring title but it was exciting. We went for the bowling junior circuit and i manage to qualify for the second round. It was really good because i went there without any expectation and i beat people who went for more training than i do. I only go training once every 2 weeks when they go 3 times a week with a coach.

And i beat my own record fo getting many high games. Too bad the girls strike like crazy almost every game when i could only stirke like crazy for 5 games out of 14 games. But i was very happy. I got 215,227and 234. I believe i can do better next time.

by the way this is my ex coach. isn’t he sweet? haha.

Then sis and i went to gym to work on our small muscles. It is hard work you know. Those mini muscles of ours are really stubborn.

And then I went to the steam room in Raintree club. It was extreme. The first time i went, i couldn’t breathe. I saw dee dee’s faces was red, she said mine was red too. But we tried to get use to the hot air. after 5 minutes later we went out. Today we tried again. It wasn’t so bad actually. I can breathe better now. Tomorrow i plan to go again. So nice to get steamed.
