Being a twin, especially an identical twin, made me come across many people whom are a little bit weird to me.

Just because we are twins, they always insist everything to be the same. For example, our maid. Every morning she would prepare two bottles of water of the identical kind for both of us. My friends always ask why our bottles are always the same. Actually both of us have our own favourite bottle like how we have our own favourite toy and favourite food. Just because we are twins doesn’t mean that what we like is the same too.

This is dee’s favourite toy, but it has been missing since 2005, when i won my first and only big bowling title, she brought him together with her to support me, so my winning came with a heavy price, which is the lost of timtim. We miss him dearly. Sad to say, this is the only photo we have of him. Look very weird some more this photo. We are just hoping that he is not soaking up garbage juice.

This is mine! now we share. he hasn’t been bathing for the past one year because hs is tearing apart. Can’t afford to wash him. He’ll die and leave me alone. Thsi year he is 8 years old. big boy already.

But our favorite food is actually very similar.

When we were young, my mom LOVES to dress us up in the SAME clothes and SAME hairstyle. See it is always the SAME! Dee and me don’t like it because people start to stare at us and other children get freaked out because they were wondering why is it so freaky that this two girls look so alike? And people started calling us clones.. = ( But my mom find it cute =( so by 10 years old, we insist to have different clothes and shirts. But we share, so my clothes is her clothes, and her clothes is mine, so we have a variety of clothes to wear!! So by 19 years old, we change hairstyle. Now people say we don’t look like twins but we look like sisters. Cool~

Some friends do treat us like twins too. They buy us the same presents, afraid that one might get jealous of the other one’s present. Sigh, people still think that we are small kids, end up saying, “i dun wanna fren you nymore!”

Then they always call us twins. Twins here twins there!! Excuse me, i have a name you know? Sigh, told my friends already that we don’t like them to call us twins, but a habit is a habit, so yeah, what ever lah. Some time they do make us feel like we are clones. Sad =D That is why I tend to respect people whom call me by my name, because they respect me in a way. Come on la, won’t you feel weird some one call you not by your name but instead of a general word? It is like you lose your identity. And as a human being, your identity is something very significant to you, because if you lose your identity, when you die, you will become a wondering ghost =P

But next year, dee and me will be going through something different. We will start leading a different life from each other, but i know our bond will stay strong. Both of us will be going to a different university, where we will meet different people and we will be going through different things and i don’t really plan to tell people that i have a twin. wee~ i am so bored of it. If they see her walking around some where, let them say hi to dee. At least that time dee can meet my friends without them knowing.
