The Olympics! Surprisingly i didn’t follow the events which i wanted to watch badly. Too much of the waiting made me lost my interest in them. I wanted to watch synchronize swimming and rythmic gymnastic but they were the last few events to watch. I too have a fire in me burning having one dream at home wanting to watch them on my tv but the fire got smaller and smaller day by day! It is just a sad story. Ha ha.

But i did watch some which i was waiting for, such as artistic gymnastic and taekwondo. Weightlifting and athletics were nice too. And shooting! And… swimming! Diving was boring… Cycling road was nice! Olympics was not as fun as i thought it would be! In fact we purposely free timed our self during august just to watch them on tv but i didn’t feel the rush of excitement at home. Mother kitty running around at home give us more excitement.

But anyways, they are some sports that SHOULD be removed from olympics. Taekwondo is more like a luck kind of competition. Some even hardly kick! Char, my dad and I were boo-ing most of the participants especially the girls because they hardly move! so hard they train for many years to compete in olympics and they hardly kick! what is wrong with them! Might as well don’t train…Ish… i see also i go mung. so stupid loh. Train so hard but in the ring they don’t want to attack. Both just waiting and staring at each other and get penalty all the time. Char and i can give you a better match! Trust me!

There was one guy, he was winning the third round so during the last 30 seconds or so he ran away from his opponent to maintain his points. what kind of olympic spirit is this! and he got a medal for that. i don’t see the point in winning the medal when part of your match you ran away. Gold medal some more. Pethatic. Boo.

Cuban and coach got a life time ban

Then another match, China versus USA, China kept still for a very long time but the USA girl tried to attack. I have no complains for the USA girl but i dislike the China girl loh. The match was not worth while and she won. so stupid. she didn’t move a bit!! like a victory without any hardwork done. but in the end the USA girl made an appeal and wee~ USA girl won! She was the better player so she deserved to win. and she was the only opponent i saw who really fought unlike the others. They played safe making themself look useless. How sad…

Then the best news from the Taekwondo arena is this! A Cuban kicked the referee when he was penalised for taking too much injury time during the match. In the end he and his coach got a life time ban in any international competitons. But i wonder… the referees there are most probably equiped with their taekwondo skills or else they wouldn’t be refering! right? right? so the referee’s taekwondo skills were bad because he didn’t see the kick coming! he wasn’t alert enough! Another sad news. But poor guy. All these martial art athletes very action and cocky. They think they very terror. Other atheletes too, like Ah Bolt. Hou sad hor? No wonder i dislike them! Ha ha. But some how the marathon runners are very modest and humble. I like them the most! Their personalities differ based on the sports they take. Each sport they chose reflects on their personality. Very cool…
